What are the costs involved with hiring through Premier?

At Premier we are firm believers in “you get what you pay for”. We aren’t the cheapest solution in the market place but we most certainly offer the best quality and value for money. Being a privately owned company we have the flexibility to tailor our pricing structure to suit the needs of our client base, please request a meeting through our website and we can visit you on site to run through our options.

Will I be given an Account Manager to look after our positions?

We know that to recruit for a client we really have to understand the client. Every client is therefore assigned an account manager who is their sole point of contact for any account issues but most importantly to really get an understanding of the business, the culture and the way you like to do things! We will also make an effort to introduce you to other members of your hiring team as all of the consultants recruit for their own vertical market place.

What methods do you use to source your candidates?

We have five main routes to market at Premier that we utilise fully for every role we recruit :

  • Job Boards
  • Our Premier network and candidate database
  • Referrals from the industry
  • Social Media
  • Headhunting

What happens if we don’t like the candidate we hire? 

Our client base has grown in size every year since conception so we are not in the habit of placing a candidate and running! We care just as much about you retaining your placements as we do about finding the candidate in the first place.  From tailored rebate schemes, free replacements but most importantly getting it right the first time around, Premier act as a business partner to help you grow rather than just a recruitment agency.
